Outlook 2007 Recurring appt. file location

Robert

Good morning all. I've created a new pst file, which solved numerous
problems I was having with the old one. Everything is fine, except for my
recurring appointments. I haven't found a location where they are stored so
that I can import or copy them to the new file. Are they simply in the old
pst file? When I open that in Oulook I don't see them in that other
calendar. Is there another location? I also reformatted and re-installed my
entire OS (Vista) and all programs. I have a complete copy of the old system
to raid for these dates, if necessary. Any help would be appreciated. I
thought for sure they would open with the old pst file, but wrong again!

Thanks,
Robert

All data is stored in the pst, Importing old data loses numerous settings
and some data.
Generally you open a pst within Outlook, and copy data from the old to the
new.
Scanpst.exe is a repair tool, installed by default, which can be used to
repair a pst
( run it with outlook closed) Sometimes it is neccessary to run it several
times.
A faulty hd can also cause pst corruption
