I have one mail account, my MSN account tied to Outlook 2007 via Outlook
Connector. The connection is made just fine and my e-mails show up in the
Inbox under my MSN account. Problem is when I "Reply", there is no "Send"
button in the ribbon. The account is the only one, set up as MAPI by
Connector. I've tried reinstalling, setting up a profile under Mail on the
Control Panel, deactivating COM objects, etc. Nothing works. Any clues?
