Outlook 2007

I do have a basic older version of Outlook on my PC, however when I go to use
my Outlook 2007 the program wants to know if I want to have my hotmail
account run thru my Outlook. And yes I do but for some reason it cannot find
my account so therefore I cannot use my Outlook wizard.....HELP!
