Outlook 2K Custom settings

I have been having problems with disappearing Reminders
and Appointments and do not know how to resolve it. I
don't know if it is because of Customized settings in
Outlook or in my Profile. I had Uninstalled and
Reinstalled MS Office 2K and reconfigured my Outlook
Profile but I am still having the same problem.
Is there a way to remove the Custom settings from the
Outlook Profile without deleting the profile and
recreating it?

Was the custom settings applied by a policy if so then probable not at least
without a talk to the sys admin, alternately see if this article helps
