Outlook Address

I use MS Outlook on my desktop computer. My OS is Windows XP (SP1).
My question is: How can I copy my outlook folders and address book from my desktop to my laptop which also uses Windows XP (SP1). Both computers have rewriteable CD ROM drives.

Copy the .PST file to your laptop and you should have all your data. You
