Outlook and Exchange

Our company uses Web Outlook Access. On my pc I can get the web mail but can not reply or forward the messages. When I click on reply it brings me back to the in-box. PC has Win2000. I can use my laptop with XP and have no problem. Is is a setup issue with the pc?? How is it corrected?
