outlook and outlook express

Can I use outlook with exchange server and outlook express
on the same pc. MY OS is windows XP. I use this pc at
home but for business use that's why the outlook, my
husband wants to use outlook express for his email.

Yes. In fact, Outlook is dependant on Outlook Express. Many people will
attempt to manually delete Outlook Express from their systems only to
discover they have broken Outlook. We have some dependencies on inetcom.dll
which is owned by Outlook Express.

Assuming you will be using OL and OLEXP for different accounts there are no
issues to worry about. If you intended to use both for the same
server/account, be sure you manage copies of messages on the server
accordingly.

In addition to what Chris said, just be aware that you can only set ONE to
be the default Email application.
