Outlook Author Wrong

Occasionally when entering text into an email if I
mouseover the text it shows the incorrect author, it
shows the person who the configuration of the machine was
based on. How do we get it to show the person whos
profile it is?

Open Word-> Tools-> Options...-> tab Userinformation (or something like
that -Dutch machine at the moment)
