I recently downloaded the special Outlook backup program,
installed it and used it a few times. Since then I had
some MSN problem and I had to create a new OS user
account so that means I would have to somehow bring in
my .pst files to Outlook 2002 (XP). When I try to re-
install the Outlook backup program it keeps telling me
that it is already installed BUT I do not see it on the
FILE menu. It looks like it is reading some file or entry
and it won;t let me re-install this backup program until
it sees it as un-installed. I have used the ADD/REMOVE IN
CONTROL PANEL and I have use Norton but to no avail
