Outlook cannot get the attachment

Dear Sir,
I have a probelm in outlook. I am using office 2003 and my friend is
using Outlook express. When I try to send a attachedment to her. She can get
my email. But the attachment is gone. So How to fix this problem?

Use plain text message format to sent. Outlook Express cannot read
Outlook's Rich Text Format.

How large is the attachment? Some ISP's limit the size of attachments...
and those too large are stripped from the message.
