Outlook can't close completely

Hi,

My MS outlook can't close completely
After I close my Outlook
it gives me a pop up window with wording
"Please wait while Microsoft Outlook exits"
I've tried to repair it using
"Detect and Repair" option
but it still doesn work...
someone pls help me
