Outlook can't connect to server - corrupted by swen virus?

My Outlook 2000 is not connecting to the server.
SBC thinks that my Outlook is corrupted, since I recently
reported having the swen virus. Can anyone provide
help/suggestions on what to do or who to contact?

1) Follow this page and remove any swen virus on your machine.

2) Install AntiVirus software. If you don't want to buy, use this:

http://www.grisoft.com/us/us_dwnl_free.php

3) See if you can connect to your ISP mail server now.

4) If not, try this. Open a command prompt. Enter "telnet
mail.server.com 110" and see if you can establish a connection.
