Outlook closes unexpectedly after receiving or sending messages

Hi,

When i receive e-mail or send one outlook closes on it's own...

Where only a few person in the compagny having this problem...

Does anyone has any ideas...?

What version of Outlook do you have? What sort of mail account(s)?
