Outlook Collaboration Question

Is there a way to send an email to just a few individuals for review, with
the "TO:" list completed but ignored? Another way to think of it would be
to send a draft - have it reviewed and returned before sending.

A third party tool would be acceptable.

Don't know. Never tried it, but I doubt it. I'll have to take a look at
that.
