Outlook Contacts and Inbox info have been duplicated...

In the past day, all of my contacts and inbox messages have been duplicated. Now I have two of everything. What caused this and how do I remedy. Thanks!

Did you synchronize your folders with something else e.g. a mobile device?

There are duplicate remover add-ins from Sperry Software. For more info;

Thanks for the site Roady. Unfortunately, she doesn't synchronize with any devices. Anything else that possibly could have happened. Thanks for your input!

 

[Roady]

An Import from within Outlook or Export from another program could have
caused this as well or a merge that went wrong. Hard to tell from here.
