Outlook crashes when moving a email to a subfolder after it's been printed

Hello,
I have an issue with a user. after printing an
attachement in outlook, he moves the email to a subfolder
within his mail tree.
Outlook then crashes. Anyone else experience this?

its' only 80 meg. He's kept it under control, Do you
think his mailbox could be corrupt?
