Outlook disabled

B

Boog

I was on a website and clicked on email to contact them.
Outlook opened up and when I tried to type the message a
series of error windows opened up. One window told me
that this problem had happened before and asked if I
wanted to disable the feature. Foolishly, I clicked yes,
and now Outlook will not open. How do I un-disable
outlook when it will not open from anywhere?
HELP!

What was the error (check the Event Viewer) and what version of Outlook are
we talking about here?

Start Outlook in safe mode (Start-> Run-> "path to outlook.exe" /safe) and
choose Help-> About-> Disabled Items
