outlook documents print fine others are printing small fonts

Please explain what other documents you may be printing, and what
application they are for. If the Outlook section is working properly,
then perhaps the issue is not related to Outlook?

how did that happen

The document was an e-mail that was responded to multiple times and the last
one received the fonts where very small. Also the next email that came from a
web-site was the same font. Then just picked a different e-mail from the same
person and printed it and it printed fine.

Perhaps the sender set the font to their liking. Is this perhaps an HTML
e-mail and the zoom has been changed?
