outlook don't close

hi,

my outlook is stuck on the please wait while he exists...

I had the problem before formatting my PC and after, wich prolly means
its something else than the OS, wich is Windows XP Pro.

Also, 65 other people installed outlook from the same network
installer, provided by our network admin. They don't have this problem.

I can kill the process, then it exists, but it's a bit annoying :|

Didn't helped... my pc is freshly installed with office and windows xp.
also got some developpement tools, but nothing my mates don't have!
