outlook e-mails and address book

I have three e-mail accounts call them 1 2 3. This morning working with Dell
thought we had it straight 1 was the default 2 was setup to pass on
emails to 1 that means any inmail to 1 and 2 would show up twice in 1 so far
ok 3 was by itself so that people who had this as my email coud use it

while doing all this i have lost (or they have gone somewhere else) about 7
emails in the inbox and about the same number in the sent. have also lost or
disappeared my entire contacts list of aboiut 50 names. Earlier Dell told me
that my software contract was over and any other help woud cost me about $
100/incident

I also know that in the address bok there are two kinds personal and
total(or similar) what can i do first to see where my earlier 16 emails have
gone? Similarly for the address book--will I have to start all over again?

I would appreciate your help!

Sorry, I can't understand your question.

Dell's first line representatives are unlikely to be Outlook experts so
don't waste your money on them.

You may want to call Microsoft for a very patient Outlook expert who
will hold your hand and guide you through until the problem is resolved.
In the USA it costs $39 for an e-mail incident or $49 for a phone
incident. I'd recommend a phone incident.

I tried to understand your message, but it's too confusing.

My understanding.

Three accounts
First one is your primary
Second - potentially a forwarding account for an unknown purpose with a
rule setup to copy e-mail to the first account (sounds really absurd
that you would want duplicates in your primary account)
Third - Private account

After this, you really confused me. I think you mis-dragged items by
accident. Hit Ctrl-6 to show your entire mailbox and check everywhere
for your missing items. You probably dragged them into wrong folders,
which is easy to do. Outlook does not prompt you that it's about to move
items somewhere.

In the future, when you are dragging items please drag them with your
right mouse button. That will let you have a lot more control.
