Outlook email

When printing out an email that has an attachment (but not
printing the attaqchment itself), I normally see the name
of the attachment in the printout. On one user that
attachment name is not present. Is there a setting that I
need to change to make sure the attachment name is printed
out in the body of the email?

It is only printed when the message format it Plain Text or Rich Text.
