OUTLOOK EMAILS LOST

I am running a small network using Outlook 2002. The data information is
held on the server and I can only access Outlook from a local machine when
Exchange is started. I would like to find out under what folder the
details of emails are kept, with the view to retrieving them.

Can anyone assist
