I am wanting to transfer saved emails from Outlook folders to an outside source, like a floppy or a jump drive. How can I do that and make them accessable in Outlook again on another machine?

We copy messages to project folders by making the Outlook
window a bit smaller (not full screen) and just drag the
message from the inbox to the project folder. Should
work just as well to a floppy or CD.
