Outlook error message while reading e-mail.

I have been recieving an error messeage once I sign on to my outlook mailbox.
It reads:

Microsoft Office Outlook has encountered a problem and needs to close...

This error message also asks if I want to send an error report or not. It
has a check box that asks if I want Microsoft Outlook to restart or not. If I
select don't send, it will automatically open microsoft OIffice again (unless
the restart button is deselected). If I select send error report it connects
me to the website and restarts MS Outlook. How do I get rid of this error
message? What could be wrong?
