outlook error message

I installed a wireless card in my laptop but it will not
allow me to SEND emails. I can receive and surf the
internet without any problems. I have a dial up on the
laptop and it sends just fine to the same server that I
try to send email using the wireless system. The error
message that comes back is 0x800ccc0e.

Any help??
