Outlook error message

I have a problem that recently came up with Outlook 2002.
I have a dail up and network connection and although I
don't send using the LAN connection, I statred getting an
error message OX899CCOF. Outlook keeps trying to send
and the connection to server error message keeps
appearing.

Any clues on how I can cprrec this?
