I recently installed the critical updates for XP to
protect my computer from the new virius'.

Thereafter, when I open an email from my exchange/web
access site for reading my office email at home, I have a
problem when I try to respond to the email.

When I hit the reply or forward buttons, the email closes
and does not allow me to respond.

I had no problem before installing the critical updates.

Please advise how to correct this problem.
