Outlook Express allowed "Switch Identities" Outlook No Do ?

I have multiple people using Outlook Express, and we
switch from on to the next easily. This does not seem to
be possible in full Outlook. What sort of stupidity is
this ?

How should we know?
You didn't even post your Outlook version.
BTW, Outlook is not the "full version" of Outlook Express. The two programs
are not related.
