Outlook Express Lost Emails

G'Day,
I just opened my Outlook Express and to my dismay ALL of
my inbox was empty! I know I had emails in there, as I had
read them earlier today. Does anyone know of any way to
get them back? All of the other folders are ok (emails I
had placed in specific folders) but the approx 50 - 75
that were in the Inbox, are completely gone!
Can anyone advise me on this? Any help will be greatly
appreciated!
