outlook express not working

Everytime I power up for the first time my outlook does not contain the
messages, only after I run regsvr32 inetcomm.dll... they will come back, but
I have to do this everytime . Do I need to re-install outlook or internet
explorer to get this corrected? Must be a virus just bought this computer!

If those groups aren't carried on the news server that's carrying this group
try using msnews.microsoft.com (MS's public news server that's the source
for all the microsoft.public newsgroups). The links under the newsgroup
references are for use with MS's web newsreader (not exactly the best way to
post but it works for some people)

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
