Outlook Express Security

I want to change my security settings to allow html &
other attachments that Outlook Express removes
to "protect me". I want to send myself some stuff
between computers. I can't find out how. Could some
plese let me know how? Should the security level not be
left at the low level after I'm done? Thank you for your
help.

Tools-> Options-> tab Security-> option Do not allow attachments...
