Outlook Express to Outlook

Hey Guys,
Is ther a way to import Outlook Express mail and address
files into Outlook. I've been using Outlook Express for
the last 5 years and wanted to start using Outlook if I
can import my old mail and address files inton it.

Use the Export function in Outlook Express and follow on-screen
instructions.

As long as both are installed on the same machine, you can use the
import/export features on the File menu in either program to move your
data between the two.

best to use Import function in Outlook as that gives you options to import
mail, mail settings, address book and rules
