Outlook Express to Word 2000

I often need to save OE messages in Word - so I save as txt and then go into
Word re-format and save as a Word doc.

The problem is the default page "Set-up" in Word does not work and I have to
go in and manually alter it.

Is there something I am missing?

Is there a faster way of doing this job?

Select the text then Copy in OE and then Paste into Word.
