Outlook Folder List

I have a problem with the folder list in Outlook, it's not in alphabetical
order, Public is on top, then Personal and then only Outlook so it looks like
it is the other way around. We are using Outlook through Citrix and you
can't seem to delete the Outlook Profile like in Windows and recreate it.

You may not be able to delete the profile, but perhaps you can remove the
services from the profile and readd them. I believe the order in which the
services (Personal Folders, Exchange, Outlook Address Book, etc.) are added
that controls their display order, at least in some versions of Outlook.
