Outlook Font Size

I want to increase the general font size of Outlook text - for example, how
do I increase the font size of a reminder? And how do I increase the size of
the font showing the messages in my Inbox? I have managed to increase the
size of my Outlook folder listing, but the actual Inbox entries are smaller.

the message list - the center pane in outlook 2003 or the top pane in older
versions with the preview below, are controlled by the automatic formatting
setting in views (right click on the row of field names, choose customize,
automatic formatting). plain text body font sizes are in tools, options,
mail format, fonts button.

other fonts on open items use windows theme settings.

Thanks Diane,
Good advice for Vista and Office 2007 too!
I didn't realise Outlook was using Windows theme for most settings.
Control Panel -> Personalisation -> Adjust Font size
job done.

Diane - hope you see this, you seem to be the most knowledgable for Outlook
questions:

Is there a general default setting for the message list font? that is,
change it one place for all folders? I have about a bazillion folders and my
eyes are getting older, so now I need to increase font size on all the
message lists. Occasionally, I have to go through all my folders and check
for messages with a certain date.
