Outlook Forms

I have created a set of Invoice Forms to send to clients. When I create the
forms I can fill them in ok and when I send them they are received ok -
except the recipient can change the forms. I need for the forms to be read
only when they are received. Can this be done?

You may have inadvertently posted your inquiry to this FrontPage newsgroup
instead of news://microsoft.public.outlook but that said, it seems you may
want to send your invoices as .pdf which renders them inaccessible to
further editing.
