Outlook frozen

I received an 11mb email message on Outlook and now it
won't work. Outlook opens but I can't do anything with
it. I have to use TaskManager to close it. How can I get
rid of the email so I can use Outlook.

Place Outlook Offline (if possible) and start Outlook in safe-mode by using
the /safe commandline switch.
