outlook group directory: how do you hide the names?

Hi, I have a business email group directory and I need to hide their names
(not have them all listed in the 'TO' section. I have searched and searched
on how to do this with no luck.
I would appreciate ANY help or suggestions!!

Have you tried BCC function? When compose your e-mail, click on the "to:"
button. A window will pop up for you to select names. Instead of selecting
them in the "to:" slot, put them in the "bcc:" slot. Hope this is what you
were asking.
