Outlook hang

My client installed WINXP and office XP, I use the
checkpoint secureclient NG FP3 connect to my server, but
everytime after I connect to my exchange server, the
outlook will popup a window "Request data from exchange"
at this time my outlook will crash and no responds.
I no idea for this problem, who can help me.
