I am running an XP pro SP2 machine with Office 03' SP1 (all updates
current). I own a business which requires me to reply to clients via flagged
emails with an inspection report (.TIFF) and property photo's (.JPG).
Usually my reply will include 1 .TIFF (233 kb)& 4 .JPG's (600 kbs each).
When I reply, I use the insert/file....then I hold the control key and
attach the files. However, upon sending the reply with attachments, Outlook
fails to let me clear flag or move on to another email. I have to hit reply
again and type in some mumbo jumbo and click close and cancel before Outlook
will let me clear the flag or go to another email message. I don't have any
previous versions of office on my system...so I don't think its a
compatibility problem...I'm stumped and frustrated...I appreciate any help
with this.
