If you navigate to the following:
Start outlook--click on 'new' mail message,
then click on to:
the drop box named 'Show Names from the:' (displays contacts)

Question: How can you edit these entries. I can't do it from the 'contacts'
screen, and I havn't seen any options in any of the 'options' screens.

Thanks,
Jeff.

What version of Outlook are you using, and if 98 or 2000, what mail support
mode? If you're not sure, look at the second line of Help | About Microsoft
Outlook -- it should say "Internet Mail Only" or "Corporate/Workgroup".
(Outlook 97, 2002, and 2003 don't have separate modes.)

Hello,

In Outlook 2003, right-click the contacts folder you want to add to the Show
Names From list, click Properties, then the Outlook Address Book tab, and
check Show this folder as an e-mail Address Book. If there are entries in
the list you don't want there, you can do the same thing in reverse -- go
into the properties for the contact folder and clear that checkbox.
Removals can also be done through Tools | E-mail Accounts | View or change
existing directories or address books | click Next | select Outlook Address
Book | click Change.
