Outlook Integration Login Failed!

When I setup outlook project web access to use microsoft project server
account and try to import new assignments, everything is OK, but when I
change to windows user account I got a "Login Failed" warning.
(Outlook 2003 and Project Server 2003)
Help me plase !!!
