Outlook is looking to install Frontpage 2000

It happens in some email but not all. When I try to open
the email, Windows installer opens up and wants to
install Frontpage 2000. I can hit cancel a few times and
everything is OK. Its getting annoying.

Does anyone know what may be wrong?
