Outlook journal entries do not work in Office XP.

I have a user that informed me his journal entries do not work. I also
tried mine and they also do not work We are running Win2k with Office XP.
I just thought of something this can be stopped through AD can it not?

Update, a while back we moved My Documents to a network drive for backups
and so no mater where they login they will see thier My Documents. If thier
My Documents is local Journal entries work. If it's a network drive they do
not.

Anyone have an idea on how to fix this one?
