Outlook LIve

[Headache]

Please can anyone help ??.....I cant receive any email from my
secondary account but i can send one from outlook to it.....when i try
to send a different email from my secondary i then cant see it...not
even in my hotmail asit appears to vanish !!!.........help...

is the secondary account another live account? if not, what type of account
is it? Does it send using the default account?

Hi Diane!,
thanks for your help with these websites!....however i still cant get
my emails to send or receive?...i have disabled my email scanner in my
anti-virus[avg]...the error message i keep getting is OX800CCCFO....and
it says service unavailable ??..any ideas please...

service unavailable for the live account? Is it paid, did it expire? Have
you tried logging in online? (www.hotmail.com, even if the account uses
msn.com address) They occasionally make people who use the connector login
online to verify the accounts aren't used by computers. It hit me and at
least one other person the same day last week.
