I have three computers all with MS XP Pro all with MS
Office 2000 and using "Outlook" all the computers at times
have the same fault:-
Some times when I double click on my desktop Icon for
opening up "Outlook" the hour glass shows for a few
seconds then stops, "Outlook" does NOT open up. When this
happens the only way is to shut down the computer and
start again. I think when I close outlook it dies not seem
to close down correctly hence this is why it does not
start up. As I have the same problem with computers it
must be a programme problem (I think). Each computer has
the MS "Backup" for outlook that I have down loaded from
the MS Web site. Any solutions please
