We have just started using Outlook 2007 and have run into a couple of
problems.
1) We find that when sending an email, it will now an then freeze because
it loses connection to exchange. It will never come back and you have to
kill the message (which will also kill Outlook) to get back to the machine
Outlook screen. This is of course a problem - but what is a real problem is
that it never saves a copy of what it is trying to send so you have to re-do
the whole message all over again. This means we need to save every message
we send, just in case. Is there any way out of this?
2). I can't get it to save my password so I always have to login each time
I start it up or if it loses connection to exchange
Thanks,
Tom
