Outlook Mail

One of my mail folders has been attacked by a virus. I
tried to import from a backup file and below is the
message I received.
"File access is denied, you do not have permission
required to access the file"

It would help to know your operating system and your mail
client.

Make sure the .PST file is not marked read only, then simply open it in
Outlook using File | Open. (Make sure your Folder List is showing so you'll
see the new folder tree appear.)
