Outlook Net Folders

Are Net Folders available in Outlook 2002??? I am trying
to share a users calendar from Outlook 2000 with a person
using Outlook 2002. I can't seem to find out how to
install the sharing functionality (ie. Net Folders) in
Outlook 2002.

Can it be done? If so, how?
