Outlook - new mail shows in OWA but not OL Inbox

I have two users on the network that are experiencing the
same issue. They get new mail and the numbeer in ()
shows up by the outlook inbox indicating new mail but you
can only see the new mail from OWA. I have setup the
profiles on differant computers and the problem follows
the profile.
